UK Based Professional Conveyancing Outsourcing Services
We tailor our services to the needs of the individual Conveyancing firm.
Effective Cost Control
Our conveyancing outsourcing services are provided on an 'as and when needed' basis saving the Conveyancing firm the cost of national insurance, holiday pay, pension contributions, sickness pay, redundancy pay and all the other costs involved in employing full time staff.
We only charge for the actual work done, the Conveyancer commissioning the work knows exactly how much the legal work on the file is going to cost from the outset.
With our conveyancing outsourcing services the Conveyancer can 'tap into" the services of an experienced conveyancer as and when needed and at a fraction of the cost.
Deals with the Highs and Lows of the Property Market
The property market has always been subject to spikes and troughs-when the market is high and lots of transactions are coming in-it is often difficult to keep up with the workflow when the market is low, salaries still have to be paid for fee earners who have no work to do.
Our service enables Conveyancers to react to the market-when there is too much work, we are available and can carry the load and when there is not enough work, firm does not need to instruct us or incur any costs
Our conveyancing outsourcing services are totally flexible - we do not require a minimum or maximum level of work to be provided by any one Conveyancer.
Our services can be ordered on an "as and when needed" basis
