We do not retain any information (personal or other) on the clients of the firms that we work for.
We specifically insist that firms do not send us any information that may identify their client.
We only ask for the bare essential information regarding the client such as, Tenure (joint tenants or tenants in common) and proposed use of the property (lives in, buy to let and so on) as these details need to be taken into account when reporting on title and drafting the Transfer Deed.
In the event that personal information regarding the client is provided in error, we will inform the firm immediately and remove the information from all of our systems.
We do not reveal the fact that our client firm is using our services (or any details of the firm) to any 3rd party without our client firm's express consent.
We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance at the level of £2 million per claim.
A copy of the Professional Indemnity Insurance is available on request
Flexibility of Service
We do not require a minimum or maximum level of work to be provided by any one firm.
Reports can be ordered on an as and when needed basis.
